Ecosystem diversity refers to the degree of ecological diversity in a region. It is different from species diversity, which refers to species rather than ecosystems. Ecosystem diversity covers all kinds of existing ecosystems (such as forest ecosystem, grassland ecosystem) in the biosphere, that is, the different biological ecological processes that occur in different physical backgrounds. The biosphere is the largest ecosystem. The ecosystems in the biosphere include forest ecosystem, grassland ecosystem, marine ecosystem, freshwater ecosystem, wetland ecosystem, farmland ecosystem, urban ecosystem and so on. For the north of Hebei Province, there are forest ecosystems in the Wuling Mountain National Nature Reserve in Hebei Province, and forest and grassland ecosystems in the Hongnongwa National Nature Reserve in Hebei Province. The provincial nature reserve of Huangyangtan in Zhangjiakou has wetland ecosystem, and the international nature reserve of Changli Gold Coast in Qinhuangdao has beach and marine coastal ecosystem.
