Landscape diversity refers to the diversity or variability of spatial structures, functional mechanisms and temporal dynamics composed of different types of landscape elements or ecosystems. Landscape is a region with high spatial heterogeneity composed of interactive landscape elements or ecosystems with certain laws. Landscape elements can be divided into patches, corridors and substrates. Patch is the smallest homogeneous unit in landscape scale. Its size, quantity, shape and origin are important to landscape diversity. Corridors are linear or banded, which is the link between plaques. Different landscapes have different types of corridors. The matrix is the part of the landscape with large area and high continuity, which often forms the background of the landscape. Combined with the present situation of green space in Chengde City, this paper puts forward the arrangement of plant communities in mountain park greening, which is mainly tree trees, with strong adaptability and distinct regional characteristics, to improve forest coverage, and to combine biodiversity with landscape diversity. To change the present situation of single tree species and poor ornamental ability, to form a green landscape with the organic combination of tree, irrigation, rattan, flowers and plants. Native plants have the characteristics of strong adaptability and distinct regional characteristics. They are the core plant population to play the ecological function of park green space and the basis of urban ecological diversity. The use of native plants can not only save costs, but also have strong adaptability. Good resistance, obvious local characteristics and other unique natural advantages. Exotic plants are important materials to enrich the structure and function of plant communities in green space, and are complementary to the rich and colorful plant landscape. The introduction of exotic plants, especially the fine exotic plants, is also one of the important contents to enrich the park green landscape.
